I met Rachelle at a local boarding facility and was promptly pleased with not only her skills, but her camaraderie with my pups. When she told me that she would be able to groom at my doorstep, I was overjoyed. Rachelle came out today and did both of my standard poodles, flawlessly. The convenience of her/them being so close, and my not needing to run all over town to drop off and pick up, as well as the caliber of styling is well worth the extra money she charges. But more importantly, my pups are overjoyed when she walks through the door. You can't say enough about that, and that alone is worth the price of admission.

As long as we have our poodles, Rachelle will be our groomer.

    I just wanted to express my delight with Pamper Parlour Mobile Grooming. I am a new customer who tried out the  grooming services today October 29th. I had an appt at nine o'clock and Rachelle was here promptley. She gave me a tour of the trailer and then went to work on my two dogs. They turned out beautifully. It was a very stress free experience for them. Everyone was happy with the job done. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I was overjoyed with the care Rachelle took with my Labradoodle ElliMae for a much needed haircut. My Black Labrador Jake got a special bath for his allergies and today no itching… Great job. My dogs loved her and they were so calm, no stress with her being in the driveway. Will use her again and again.

Oh my gosh, I loved the pictures of Moses. You can not believe how good he is feeling after you gave him that special grooming that left him feeling so good and even walking better.  I think it was the special touch you gave him and he knew it.  He knew right away that you were a lover of animals. You did an excellent job of giving him his new handsome look.  Since Moses is no longer able to go up and down stairs, thank you for your kindness to carry  him to your  grooming mobile unit.  You can not imagine how good I felt  knowing that he was going to get the special attention that he deserves.  Moses is my special guy.  Rachelle, you are truly a dream come true.  Be expecting a call from me when Moses is in need of another grooming.

I just wanted to say Thank You so very much for taking so much time and care grooming Ginger. She looks absolutely 100% better. I know it had been a while since her last groom and she really needed some extra care. As I mentioned on the phone I am pretty picky about my groomers. It seems most are always in a hurry and/or dont seem to enjoy what they are doing. I have gone to several groomers and not wanted to go back for many different reasons, some I mentioned above.Pets are like family members and we can't just trust them to anyone. I hope this is the begining of a long relationship as I am so happy to have found a groomer who really cares and takes her time. Again THANK YOU for doing such a wonderful job on Ginger. See you in October for her next appointment.

Izzy looks better then ever, the absolute best grooming.  She thinks she is a show dog and looks thinner and seems to have longer legs, like she has high heels on, plus she does not smell of that powder stuff and is not shedding like crazy.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for doing such a wonderful job on Deuce, he looks amazing!! For a 90 lb Golden Retriever, that is alot of hair to get through and I appreciate the time and effort you put into it. The cut is perfect and his coat looks beautiful! And the best part (in addition to you coming to us) is that he loved being with you! We are very impressed and will only be calling you when its time for Deuce's next appoinment!!
